Scale report

Tap any note on the staff to hear it again.

Tap the spacebar, or the pad below, on every notehead. One bar of clicks counts you in.

Rhythm report

Tapping is judged rather than singing, because a sung legato note has almost no attack for a computer to find. This measures your timing directly.

Sing the interval

You get the first note. Sing the second one.

Long tone report

The trace shows your pitch across the whole note, so you can see the shape of the problem: a sag at the start is breath support, a drift upward is usually embouchure tightening as you tire.

Tuning check

Reference pitches, and a self-test that runs a generated tone straight through the pitch detector without going near your speakers.

If the browser refuses microphone access, the page was opened directly from disk. Put it in a folder, run python -m http.server 8000 there, and visit http://localhost:8000. With metronome pacing, use headphones so the clicks do not reach the microphone.
