His extensive experience includes roles as a Computer Trainer for Visually Impaired candidates at Enable India, Project Coordinator at Cisco Systems India Private Ltd., Sales Associate Manager at Tactopus, and most recently as the Inclusion Manager at the Museum of Art and Photography (MAP). At MAP, he developed and implemented strategies for access and inclusion, collaborated on inclusive programs for underrepresented communities, and ensured compliance with disability legislation.

Shailesh's accomplishments are numerous and noteworthy. He has conducted several disability awareness workshops in various colleges and corporate companies, organized blind treks to raise societal awareness about disabilities, and even taught Bhangra dance to visually impaired individuals. His work has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the NFB Excellency Award and the NCPEDP Universal Design Award.

Proficient in screen readers JAWS and NVDA, Shailesh is also an effective communicator with strong leadership and people management skills.
