V. Aswatha Ramaiah is a seasoned and acclaimed L & D professional with over five decades of experience in Corporate and Consultancy Management.

We are pleased to introduce Mr. V. Aswatha Ramaiah, a Faculty at Winning  Heights.

Mr. Ramaiah`s illustrious career began with 20 years at M/s. Widia (India) Limited, now known as Kennametal India Ltd., in Bengaluru. In 1992, he founded Unique Consultants, a Management Consultancy firm and has since conducted Training Programs for over 500,000 (5 lakh) individuals across 500 organizations in India and abroad in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Time Management among others.

With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Ramaiah has a diverse portfolio. Having catered to various industrial sectors including Engineering, IT, Pharmaceuticals and many more, his expertise spans a wide range of HR interventions such as Outbound Programs, Employee Perception Surveys, Performance Management Systems. He is also a respected Mentor and Life Coach.

A prolific author, Mr. Ramaiah has written about 10 books on topics such as Leadership, Managerial Skills etc. His book titled ‘A Celebration Called Life’ has inspired many including Dr. Senek D’Souza, founder of Winning Heights.

Mr. Ramaiah is a dedicated practitioner of Yoga and Meditation for the past 60 years. He also actively engages in Corporate Social Responsibility activities. His commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility is evident in his charitable activities including training programs for Old age homes, NGOs and Government offices. His contributions have earned him numerous awards including the ‘Trainer Par Excellence’ from Rotary District 3190.
