About the Author

Dr. Senek D'Souza has spent more than two decades leading people — across corporate, industry, academia, and the international development sector, in senior and head-of-function roles. He holds a PhD specializing in human resources, a master's in social work, a master's in counselling and psychotherapy, and a law degree (BAL, LLB). He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Kung Fu Black Belt, and the founder of SENS and Winning Heights.

But qualifications alone are not what set this book apart. Dr. D'Souza is also an accomplished musician, a compère of over three thousand events, and a martial artist — and it is this polymath's approach to leadership that gives his work its rare edge.
